Security Policy

GridBase vulnerability disclosure guidelines, safe harbor status, and engagement scope.

1. Adversarial Safe Harbor

GridBase authorizes “Good Faith” security research on our infrastructure. We will not pursue legal action against researchers who comply with this policy.

2. Reporting Protocol

  • Primary Channel: Secure transmission to security@gridbase.tech.
  • Method: Encrypted email preferred.
  • Documentation: Reports must include a technical Proof of Concept (PoC).

3. Scope of Engagement

  • In Scope: gridbase.tech, api.gridbase.tech.
  • Out of Scope: Internal logic of diagnostic tools, social engineering, DoS attacks, or any attempt to access client data.

4. Remediation & Triage

Vulnerabilities are triaged based on their potential impact on Intelligence Integrity.

  • Critical Severity: Target assessment and initial roadmap within 72 business hours of confirmation.
