- Interpretation: Any discussion regarding regulatory frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF) is provided strictly for technical alignment purposes.
- Mandatory Action: The Client must consult with their own qualified legal counsel for legal standing.
2. No Guarantee of Outcome
While GridBase employs advanced adversarial testing and hardening strategies, we provide NO GUARANTEE that systems will be 100% immune to cyber-attacks, prompt injections, or hallucinations.
3. “As-Is” and “Snapshot” Basis
All Deliverables are provided on an “As-Is” basis. GridBase is not responsible for vulnerabilities introduced by subsequent system updates, model retraining, or third-party API changes occurring after the assessment delivery date.
4. Limitation of Professional Liability
In no event shall GridBase, its management, or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or profits. Total liability is limited to fees paid for the engagement.
